  18.     Added New ChanServ feature:  Count.
  19.     This function is restricted to channel AOPs and above.

  46.     Added a check for IRC error code 401 on response

  48.     Script will exit Wait-Loop if this occurs.

  83.     MCF.Dal (password file) first before the
  84.     AmIRC root directory is searched.  If found,
  85.     it will use the MCF.Dal found in DalHelper:.
